Phase 1: Safe Space Secured (Current)
● Secured a physical location in East LA through a strategic Medicare partnership.
● Direct access to an established senior client base.
● Core leadership board is fully formed and ready.
Phase 2: Funding & Supplies (Where We Need You)
● Raising seed funds and gathering in-kind donations.
● Securing necessary kitchen equipment and food supplies for our first events.
● Launching initial fundraising campaigns.
